Xplode Track ‘N Train is an app to test your explosive physical abilities, meaning, your capacity to accelerate, run fast, and perform in your sport!

For now, you can try the app for free and obtain your individual sprint report, or test your fatigue resistance with the Repeated Sprint Ability (RSA) test.

Our goal is to transform the app in a hub to follow your performance and progress, monitor your readiness and fatigue form through questionnaires and performance metrics, obtain training suggestions based on your goal and individual profile.

The interface is under construction, but this is where you’ll find all the interactive features of Xplode Track ‘N Train.

Xplode Track ‘N Train shows all your sprints data as interactive graphs with trends, as well as your best values. This will include your sprint mechanics (maximal running speed, split times, sprint time, stride length and frequency, reaction time), mechanical sprinting profile (force, power, velocity, and force-velocity relationship), and deceleration mechanics (distance and time to stop, maximal braking force – to be coming soon)

A hub to share these values with friends and compare your results with the community and pro athletes.

A way set goals and obtain exercises suggestion based on your data and the goals you want to achieve.

For coaches and clubs, this is where you’ll be able to manage your athletes and their data.
